Follow the directions in the app to connect your BlueSmart mia to Wi-Fi. If you need to use BlueSmart mia under a new Wi-Fi network, you've changed the name and password of the known Wi-Fi network, or you need to reset the Wi-Fi connection for the device- tap Sidebar > Device > Change Wi-Fi in the BlueSmart mia app. The device can automatically record up to five known Wi-Fi networks.
If you are still having issues:
- BlueSmart mia will not work on WiFi networks that needs extra verifications and settings on graphical interfaces, for example, a. when you have connected to a airport WiFi, and you have to press a "Join" button on a popup page before you can connect to the Internet; b. when you try to access WPA Enterprise or WPA2 Enterprise WiFi, you need input more credential info in addition to the WiFi password.
- BlueSmart mia can only scan and recognize 2.4Ghz wireless networks.
- Some other WiFi-based IOT devices may conflict with the mia's WiFi chip.
